We do not ship to APO, FPO, PO boxes, etc. We ship to verified addresses only. Lower 48 States Only. Buyer pays all shipping costs....either to or from point of origin. Oversized items may be shipped on a pallet via LTL Common Carrier. Freight lines will deliver CURBSIDE ONLY. Discounts may apply when shipping to Commercial Addresses. Orders are typically processed and shipped in 3 to 5 business days. Total transit time will depend on your distance from the shipping warehouse in KY

RECIEVING

Please inspect all packages upon arrival and note any damage BEFORE signing on the delivery receipt, then contact us at once. We will contact the carrier and start necessary steps towards refund or replacement of the damaged piece.

Delivery receipt is a binding contract. Signing the delivery receipt without any damage note means that you received the item in good condition. Unless you note any damage on delivery receipt, the carrier will NOT pay for the claim. If the package is in its perfect condition Concealed Damage: Please notify us within 3 days upon receipt, take digital pictures of the box and damaged area and email the pictures.
