Tiny black bugs in my window sills and floor in my kitchen?
I live in AZ and every spring I start to see this very tiny black beetles with wings. They look like little black dots everywhere. I mainly get them on my window sills inside the house and along the wall on the floors. There are hundreds of them, and this has happend two years in a row now. It's only in the kitchen, never anywhere else in the house. Even the exterminators can't get rid of them and they spray once a month inside and out. What are they, and how do I get rid of them.

Yesterday I went to take my dogs outside to the backyard and found hundreds of baby spiders really tiny, black bodies, little neon red legs all crawling around the frame of the back sliding glass door, and when I took a lysol wipe to them, their guts were orangish...yuck.They are very tiny, but I also found them in the downstairs guest window sill and a couple upstairs window sill. Again, I only found them yesterday, but I've been wiping them up, spraying cleaner and bleach, and vacuuming. A few somewhat ridiculous questions Can you be a spider " carrier" ? As in will they even ATTEMPT to get on my clothes, and multiple somewhere else? Are they going to dispurse, or keep coming back? Even after all my hard work yesterday with cleaner, vacuums and everything, there are more today. It is a little insane.I just put those really strong glue strips down and I even saw a couple tiny baby ones start to crawl on them, so hopefully that works, but after a few more days, should they be gone? Are they harmful? I live near Seattle, WA, also, in a brand new year old home that is kept very clean. Dogs have revolution flea med on, so they should be protected....

What prevents moisture in window sills?
Every morning in the winter months, we have to wipe off 3" of moisture droplets on the window behind the blind. If we do not wipe the moisture off the window, mold will eventually start and the wood varnish will require maintenance every summer. I am looking for a product to place on the window sill behind the blind to prevent the moisture from getting on the window. Any suggestions would be helpful.
How do I fix a water damaged window sill?
The window sills in our flat have been damaged by condensation and the previous owners lack of care during the winter. The sill has come slightly away from masonry underneath and any condensation that makes it onto the sill seeps through into the wall. We don't have the option of fitting double glazing but have constructed a secondary glazing to try and lower the amount of condensation we get, but I still want to sills to be water tight to avoid damp in the walls.So really I need advice on how to fill the gap between the bottom of the sill and the masonry and also how to make it water tight where the glass meets the sill.Many thanks in advance.
