How to repair a microwave oven?
Microwave just cut out a couple of seconds after I switched it on. Checked fuse in plug but its ok. Not sure what else to check.Cheers for the info, I checked the internal fuse and it had blown because I put a wire in instead of the fuse and plugged it in. I started the machine but it started to smoke so there must be some other problem as well,

My emerson microwave oven not working?
It was working just fine for a week or so and not it lights up and the buttons work, but it makes a lot of noise when you try to heat something up and it doesn't heat up the food at all.Any suggestions? I have the manual but it doesn't say anything for what is going on. And because it just worked yesterday I assume it has nothing to do with the setup.
Burnt something in microwave oven.. how do i get rid of the smell? please help.. headache.. :(?
I had all my windows and doors open for HOURS, i tried lighting a scented candle kind of works but i can still smell the burnt .. I tried cutting a lemon and some ginger and putting it in the microwave.. nothing seems to REALLY work... i cleaned the microwave but the smell is still there.. I am beginning to get a headache.. please, any advice?the room smells more than the microwave.. the microwave i believe is not that bad.. i just want to get rid of the smell in my room because its a studio and so its in the same room that i eat, study, and sleep in

Whirlpool microwave oven service complain?i have a whirlpool microwave oven purchased in oct 2011 it get failed on 6 march 2012 , i complained to the service center, then the engineer come ,told that " magnetron is got damaged, then i take the microwave oven to the service center , they take 6 hour time and repaired it, after 2 day on 8 march it againg get failed , what may be the reason ? i only use the microwave oven only maximum 1 hour in 3 4 day , still it have problem , i have good electric circuit connection, i have never used it empty , but it still have problem the microwave oven cost is 9,000rs it have warranty period will the company give a new one? what is the reason that it is again get failed after the service ?

Do Microwave oven gets off if we use for long time?
We've bought a new microwave oven,Samsung And trying to make rice in it. It takes some 15 to 20 mins to cook rice in it, approximately after running continuosly for abt 20 mins, our oven suddenly stops working...,the light in it gets switched off for abt 20 to 30 mins, It wont work. I am wondering, y is it happening so.? Do all ovens have the same problem., like if we run it for more time continously.....do oven stops functioning, as it got over heated??? Is this a common problem or my oven is not functioning properly.....,pls do reply, thanks
Microwave oven discharge?
I used my microwave oven this evening and a few seconds into heating, I hear this popping or snapping noise and bright sparks coming from the inside. Initially I thought I had left the knife in with the plate but after checking and trying again, I get the same thing.I have also tried it with a glass of water and an empty plate and I get the same popping and sparks after about 3 4 seconds at which point I turn it off. I did also try it with nothing but the rotating plate and there was no popping or sparks.THere is smoke coming from the right side vent on the inside. snow bunny There is a hole in the little piece where the sparks come out of. It's weird how the sparks only come out when I am heating something but not when the microwave is empty.
