Payments: We accept the following methods of

For your protection, we are unable to ship to alternate addresses. Some
transactions may require a signed agreement. Full Payment Required:
Sales Tax: Deliveries into the State of Florida
will be charged 7.00% sales tax (+or- County adjustments).
Shipping: We only ship within the United
States (lower 48 States only). We are unable to ship to PO (Post Office) boxes, APO
(Military) boxes. Lead Times: typical orders ship 1 to 4 business days from
confirmation. Allow an additional 1 to 5 business days transit time.
(exceptions apply: weekends/holidays) Tracking Your Order: When your
order has been pulled from inventory, verified, packaged and shipped,
you'll receive a tracking number via Email
Receiving, Returns and Replacements: If a product
is received broken / damaged in shipping, or if a part is missing, A
claim through the shipping company will be made and your assistance may
be required. When you sign for a delivery, you are legally stating that
you have received all of your order in good condition so please inspect
your package at delivery...prior to acceptance. Damage/Shortage claims must be noted on the shipping receipt at
delivery and reported to us within 5 days. On items
ordered in error, returns may be allowed on unopened boxes only.
Original shipping charges as well as return shipping charges are
non-refundable. Distributor does charge a restocking fee (25%) All returns require
digital pictures and a pre-authorized RA# (Return Authorization Number)
Warranties: Warranties vary with each manufacturer
and distributor. ADI will warrant (limited) all products sold for at
least one year and or assist with claims when product is covered by
another party beyond the first year.
